I've worked part time for a few years for Development Seed, a small IT company based in Washington D.C. They used to be the coolest Drupal company and we did an amazing number of contributions to Drupal. Though they're not doing too much Drupal anymore, they were an amazing team to work with, and they still do the best data visualization projects in the World.
